Catalyst OrthoScience is a dynamic medical technology startup specializing in shoulder arthroplasty solutions. Catalyst products are purposefully designed to offer patients and surgeons a less invasive option for orthopedic surgery, clinically proven to promote faster healing, restore normal range of motion, and improve operational efficiency.

Following a recent brand refresh, the Catalyst team sought to align this transformation with a complete website redesign. I collaborated with an external web development agency to lead the visual and UX/UI design of the new site, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This strategic overhaul resulted in a 35% increase in web traffic post-launch. My role encompassed maintaining brand voice and identity across the site, with a strong focus on page layout, imagery, and asset management.

Recognizing Catalyst’s dual audience, healthcare professionals and patients, we implemented a clearly structured navigation menu to guide users efficiently to the most relevant information. Additionally, we developed a surgeon locator feature, making it easier for patients to connect with Catalyst-affiliated surgeons in their area.
